Ninja Classes
Ninja Classes are fast paced. Classes combine a combination of obstacle course training, free form movement, gymnastics and martial arts. Perfect for active kiddoes with lots of energy ages 4-15 years old.
Ninja learn to tumble, kick and flip off walls. The coaches will run them until they are tired and then teach them new skills. The sport of Ninja is to move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity.

Hatchlings (50 min)
4 - 6 Years Old
Big energy for little ninjas! Hatchlings is designed for young movers who love to run, jump, climb, and soar. This class introduces fundamental ninja-style movement while developing coordination, balance, and confidence in a fun and safe environment.
Dragons (55 min)
6 - 15 Years Old
Ignite the fire within! Dragons is the perfect starting point for beginner ninjas looking to build agility, strength, and balance. Students will conquer obstacles, learn foundations parkour-style movements, and develop body control in an exciting and supportive setting.


Wyvern (55 min)
Intermediate - Invited or leveled up
Elevate your ninja skills! Wyverns take their training to the next level, focusing on flips, dive rolls, precision balance techniques, and advanced obstacles courses. With an emphasis on upper body strength and explosive movement, this class pushes students to new heights.
Alphas (115 min)
Advanced - Invited or leveled up
The ultimate ninja challenge! Alphas train at an elite level, mastering advanced flipping techniques, high-speed course running, and dynamic aerial skills. This class is designed for students looking to compete or take their ninja skills to the highest level while ensuring safety and efficiency in every movement.
