Gymnastics Team
AIM HI offers competitive teams for athletes starting at age 4, with opportunities extending up to age 7 and beyond. These teams provide young athletes with the chance to compete multiple times a year across all four apparatus, fostering skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Mighty Mini's
4-6 years old
Mighty Mini's is where it all begins. Gymnasts will compete 4 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will be twice per week. Gymnastics team is not for everyone and that is okay. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
Excel Team
7 years and up
Excel Teams will compete in bronze, silver, and gold division.. Gymnasts will compete 6 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will be twice per week for bronze and three times per week for silver and gold. Gymnastics team is not for everyone and that is okay. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
Optional Team
7 years and up
Optional Teams will compete 8 times per year on all four apparatus. Practice times will be five days per week. Gymnastics team is not for everyone and that is okay. Dedication and discipline is a must, but your gymnast will have a blast learning and competing.
